Working as trainee lecturer at Department of Aquatic Biology and Resources Management after getting Aquaculture Engineer Diplome (1998-2001). From 2001 to 2003, taking part in Master Course at Aarhus University (Denmark) about Marine Ecology. Until now, continue to work at Department of Aquatic Biology and Resources Management. -        Assessment of fingeling quality  (1998-2001)

-       CRSP (2003-2005)

-        Investigating the blue-green algae appearance and the concern enviromental factors at Can Gio (2012-2014)

-        The accumulation of some heavy metals (As, Cd, Hg, Pb) in blood cockle in Southern Provinces (2013-2015)

-        Resolution for pollution and enviromental management at lobster cultute area (2015-2018)

Projects as main reseacher:

- Investigating Microcystis genus and microcystin toxin in Mekong delta (2011 – 2012).

- Assesment of effective substrates to some aquatic plants (2016 – 2017)
