Introduction

Dr. Nguyen Phuc Cam Tu has worked at Research Center for Environment Protection since 1998 and is lecturer in Department of Aquatic Biology and Resource Management, Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City (NLU).

Dr. Nguyen Phuc Cam Tu graduated an Engineer of Fisheries from NLU (1996), MSc of Environmental Technology from Institute for Environment and Resources, Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh City (2003) and obtained his MSc and PhD degrees at Ehime University, Japan in the field of Life Environment Conservation Science in 2006 and 2009, respectively.

He also involves in teaching activities for both undergraduates and graduates in the field of aquaculture and aquatic product processing. He provides regular lectures on Water Quality Management in Aquaculture, Statistics and experimental Design, Water and Waste Treatment in Aquatic product Processing and Aquaculture Effluent Treatment for undergraduate and master students

Dr. Tu’s research interests focus on the study of toxic chemicals in aquatic animals, aquaculture wastewater treatment, bio-conversion of organic waste, etc.
