MSc. Le Thi Ngoc Han has been a lecturer of Department of Aquatic Product Processing, Faculty of Fisheries, Nong Lam University Ho Chi Minh City (NLU) from 2006.

She studied Aquatic Products Processing at Nong Lam University (NLU), at the same time she was a student of the first course. She achieved the master degree of Food Science and Technology at University of New South Wale, Sydney, Australia in 2012, supported by the scholarship of Australia government (Ausaid).

Regarding the teaching activities of the faculty, she has been assigned to teach the following subjects:

-       Traditional seafood processing technology
-       Frozen and cooling seafood processing technology
-       Raw material of seafood
In the scientific research activities, Ms. Han has been interested in the following fields:
-       Dried food technology
-       Food development of new products
-       Suppliers chain of food from farm to table
-       Researching behaviors of consumers and demands of the internal market.
